After analyzing the reference context in the Fatebenefratelli hospital in Naples, we presented to the customers the opportunity to launch an innovative solution through a queuing system. Thanks to the partnership and exclusive distribution for Italy of the cloud solution by Q-Better Qube, we have designed the tailor-made solution to manage branches and services with their respective priorities.
In the hall of CUP Fatebenefratelli two large 50 ”monitors were installed where the queue progress lists are reproduced. This functionality is guaranteed through the use of IChannel (STiNO - Digital Signage Solutions), which manages both queue-related updates and value-added information such as: news, videos and images. La queue management it takes place directly from the customer's workstations through a web interface, in this way and with our queuing system it will not be necessary to install any external software on the PC.
