IdeaPM: company philosophy

I deaPM was born in January 2008 after a careful assessment of needs in the current economic and professional scenario. The intuition was to create a "place" where there was the right combination of skills, services and products. In choosing the logo of  IdeaPM, in fact, one can immediately understand the path that would have been taken over the years: innovation, ideas, proposals, change are enclosed in 'Idea'. There customer project management, at each stage of the sales and after-sales process is the meaning of 'PM'.

The logo is born from the combination of these concepts: an elegant professional, formal enough, with a fluorescent light bulb as a head. Here you are IdeaPM, a company made up of professionals with continuous innovative ideas, who manage customers right away with the methodologies of project management. In the following years, IdeaPM soon became home to Its Business Units, now six in all , which collect the response of specific vertical markets.

The Mission of each BU is to grow in the technical offer of hardware and software solutions to solve specific customer needs. The commercial policy was immediately "win win": meeting all customer needs, earning their trust and retaining them over time with a relationship of concrete partnership. The customer to whom it is addressed IdeaPM.it is B2B and specifically the target are Italian PAs and SMEs. This positioning was chosen because the capacity of the group in terms of responsiveness and solution is highly appreciated by companies that make their growth and digitalization process a priority.

In 2018 the awareness of wanting to invest with an eCommerce site on new online sales channels is consolidated. Thus was born IpmShop srl company that caters to the B2C and B2B target with an offer that on the one hand exploits some solutions proposed by the experience of IdeaPM Group and on the other hand, it offers a new series of consumer-type products and services.
