Anyone who knows the IdeaPM Group, a consolidated reality on the market for 15 years, knows well what our attention is in giving back to the territory what we have received.
Until today we have done it in a silent way, respectful of those who give and those who receive, imagining that speaking publicly this was interpreted as an advertising message. This year, however, we have decided to break the silence because we are convinced that companies must acquire an ever more active role, also in the social sphere. We thus want to tell what we have done, so that other companies and, why not, even private individuals, can decide to support these or other organizations that always need help to carry out very important programmes.
The day December 18 2022, IdeaPM Group was a guest at the premises of theQjqajon Association of Milan, in via Farini 17 (the choice of this place was obviously not accidental), to meet up with colleagues and family members and share a day together. The Qiqajon project is concrete testimony of commitment and of a lived Christianity which constitutes, in the ambit ofSecular Franciscan Order, a residential community of families who respond to the need and desire to be a resource, to deal with the different life situations of the minors they welcome. The Association is a point of reference for an enlarged network of families and individuals who are committed to deepening the values of hospitality and sharing. The environment that thus takes shape is aimed at human and professional growth based on solid values such as: confidence, reciprocity, welcome e solidarity.
We at IdeaPM think in exactly the same way, a "family" made up of members who come to the office or work remotely every day and who involve new subjects in their dynamics: their relatives. In fact, the company is the physical or remote place where we spend most of our time and which can have positive and/or negative impacts even on those who are not directly part of it. Hence the company decision to extend the invitation to our families as well, inviting them to spend a day all together to get to know each other better and without talking, at least for one day, about work.
We have therefore decided with a donation, to give our support to the Qiqajon project which, we recall, carries out its activities for free and which relies on everyone's generosity for the management and growth of its solidarity reality. In recent years we have also decided to support AIL Milan, a voluntary organization established in 1976 which adheres to AIL Onlus (Italian Association against Leukemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma), based in Rome. The Association was founded with the aim of contributing to scientific research on leukemia and other malignant hematopathies by intervening in their reduction and, where possible, in the elimination of situations of marginalization and discomfort deriving from the state of the disease. AIL Milano wants to be above all a point of reference for patients and their families. The IdeaPM Group has decided to promote an initiative in support of AIL Milan also in the 2022.
As you certainly understood, the theme of the family is very important and recurring for us, both in our daily life and in our activities to support associations. Our commitment is an integral part of the corporate "Mission", and is also well represented in the 2022-2025 business plan, where, in addition to the associations, we will be active with environmental and social inclusion projects.
